These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SQEForge ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), a digital educational platform providing study materials, practice questions, mock examinations, and related resources for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE).
By registering, purchasing access, or using our services, you ("you", "the Customer", "the User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature or content at our discretion. Material updates to core services will be communicated via email.
Access is granted for the specific period stated at the time of purchase (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, 12 months). Access expires automatically at the end of this period. No automatic renewals occur unless explicitly agreed at purchase.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform materials solely for your own private study purposes. This license does not permit:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@sqeforge.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited. We monitor for suspicious activity including simultaneous logins from multiple locations or excessive usage patterns. Account sharing may result in immediate suspension without refund.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Business customers purchasing access for multiple users may be subject to volume licensing agreements. Contact support@sqeforge.com for institutional pricing.
If you are a consumer purchasing for personal use, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
However: Digital content purchased online loses the 14-day cancellation right once you begin downloading or accessing the content, provided you have given your express consent and acknowledged that you lose your cancellation right.
By accessing SQEForge immediately after purchase, you agree that access begins immediately and you waive your 14-day cancellation right in exchange for immediate access.
Refunds may be granted at our discretion in the following circumstances:
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to support@sqeforge.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days to your original payment method.
If you are purchasing as a business entity, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 does not apply. Refunds for business purchases are at our sole discretion and subject to our commercial refund policy. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds are not available based on partial use of the access period, dissatisfaction with exam results, or change of study plans.
All content on SQEForge, including but not limited to practice questions, mock exams, study notes, explanations, software, graphics, text, and trademarks, is the exclusive intellectual property of SQEForge or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

SQEForge provides educational materials to support your SQE preparation. We do not guarantee any specific exam results, pass rates, or qualification outcomes. Your success depends on multiple factors including your study effort, prior knowledge, and exam-day performance.
While we strive to ensure all content is accurate and up-to-date, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of materials. Legal principles, regulations, and exam standards may change. You should verify critical information independently.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
Subject to the above, our total liability to consumer customers for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for access.
For business customers, we exclude all implied warranties and conditions to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SQEForge, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Platform. For significant changes, we may offer refunds on a pro-rata basis.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
For consumer customers: Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

Consumer customers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (if applicable) or seek advice from Citizens Advice or Trading Standards.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SQEForge regarding your use of the Platform.
