Refund Policy

Overview

Because SQEForge provides digital content and access is immediate, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has commenced. However, we do offer refunds in specific circumstances as outlined below.

When Refunds Are Available

Refunds may be provided within 14 days of purchase if:

• Technical Faults: You are unable to access the service due to a technical fault on our part
• Content Mismatch: The content is materially different from what was advertised
• Consumer Law: A refund is required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or similar UK consumer protection law
• Stripe Dispute: You exercise a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider

When Refunds Are NOT Available

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after access has begun
• Dissatisfaction with exam results or study effectiveness
• Personal circumstances (illness, schedule changes, etc.)
• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
• Accounts involved in fraudulent activity or ToS violations

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of your purchase via our contact page or email with:

• Your account email
• Purchase date
• Reason for refund request
• Any supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.)

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 2–5 working days to display the refund on your account.

Stripe Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider without contacting us first, we may:

• Dispute the chargeback if it fails our refund criteria
• Suspend your account pending resolution
• Pursue recovery of chargeback fees

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating any disputes.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under UK law. If you believe a refund should be provided under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we will honor that obligation.
